LoRa and Neighbor Configuration

| Neighbor Info Enabled | YES | Enables sharing of node location and status, helping the network map. |
| Update Interval | 14400 (seconds) | Recommended interval for sending neighbor info updates. |
| Transmit Over LoRa | ON | Ensure neighbor information is broadcasted over LoRa. |
